About the Opportunity
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the post of Senior Research Fellow on contract basis in the MRC-UK funded project titled ‘Psychological, social and biological predictors of child mental health and development: shared and distinctive risk and protective factors in UK and India’ (BCHAD Study) under Dr.Prabha S. Chandra, Professor & Principal Investigator, Dept. of Psychiatry, NIMHANS.

Eligibility
- Essential Qualification: Masters in Psychology / M. Phil in Psychiatric Social Work
- Preferred Work Experience: 1 year of experience in research settings after postgraduation.
- Languages: Candidates should be fluent in Kannada (fluency in spoken Kannada mandatory). Knowledge of Hindi / Urdu and/or other South-Indian languages, as well as familiarity with the local community settings, would be preferable
- Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years
Salary
- Rs. 36,400/- PM. Consolidated.
Duration of the Project
- 6 months (extendable based on performance).
