About the role:
- We are seeking an individual capable of driving the sales of EDC machines to merchants across multiple locations through appropriate channels.
- Key responsibilities include
- increasing device sales,
- resolving merchant queries,
- engaging the merchant base,
- hiring and building teams,
- setting clear goals and delegating tasks,
- overseeing day-to-day operations
- Monitoring team performance and Motivating team members
- Identifying training needs and providing coaching
- Resolving conflicts
- Recognizing achievements, encouraging creativity and risk-taking, and organizing team-building activities.
