  • Research Associate (01)

Project Title

  • Heparinoids Based Adjuvants for Flaviviruses Vaccine Development funded by DBT, Govt. of India.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ Life Sciences.
  • Candidates who have submitted their thesis may also apply.
  • Candidates having hands-on research experience in carbohydrate chemistry, organic chemistry, immunology, and glycobiology will be preferred.

Tenure

  • Initially for a period of one year which may be extended subject to continuation of the project and satisfactory performance of the incumbent.
  • The appointment is purely temporary and will terminate automatically without any notice or compensation on termination of the project.

Salary

  • Rs. 47,000/- + 24% HRA per month.
  • Candidates who have submitted their thesis but not completed defense (i.e. candidates without a provisional certificate of having qualified for the degree), will be designated as Senior Research Fellow (SRF) and paid Rs. 35,000/- + 24% HRA per month till the time of submission of Provisional Ph.D. certificate.
