About the Project:

The Project, “PROGRESS,” aims to promote inclusive growth by enhancing access to local livelihood opportunities, supporting education-to-work transition, and implementing social protection schemes. As part of this initiative, we are hiring a Project Assistant to work on the effective implementation of skilling and employability schemes in Jharkhand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training activities with stakeholders and implement skilling schemes.
  • Conduct on-field visits to assess training quality by vocational training providers.
  • Provide technical support to Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS).
  • Capacity building of district skill experts and staff on monitoring training quality.
  • Review progress on skill-related schemes and prepare documentation for meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School or Bachelor’s in social work, management, development, etc.
  • Experience: 4 years of operational support post high school or 1 year post-Bachelor’s.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of skilling policies, project management, and good communication skills.

Remuneration:

  • Starting at INR 5,50,788 annually / INR 45,899 monthly, excluding pension.
