1. Program Manager, Asia:
- Location: Remote in India
- Experience: 10 years
- Salary: US $100,000 per annum paid in local currency
Responsibilities:
- Support grantmaking processes, workplanning, and thought partnership.
- Identify high-impact grants for gender equitable outcomes.
- Conduct background research and engage with sector experts.
- Manage program partner grants and foster evaluation.
- Review and synthesize program partner reports.
- Contribute to cross-cutting thematic areas.
- Maintain regional team planning and reporting systems.
- Promote cross-learning among program partners.
- Support special projects as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in gender equality.
- Experience working directly with senior-level staff.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of other languages a plus.
- Experience in grantmaking and knowledge of the region preferred.
2. Program Manager, LME:
- Locations: Remote in Kenya or India
- Experience: 7 years
- Salary: US $100,000 per annum paid in US$ in Kenya or local currency in India
Responsibilities:
- Develop adaptive learning, evaluation, and feedback practices.
- Support program and research partners on LME.
- Manage overall program management for the LME team.
- Collate and synthesize partner reports and dashboards.
- Conduct research and stay informed on relevant updates.
- Source new research investment opportunities.
- Support partnerships and coordinate efforts.
- Prepare reports and communication materials.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in learning, measurement, and evaluation.
- Experience in advancing social justice and system-change approaches.
- Experience working directly with senior-level staff.
- A Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Fluency in English and at least one other language.
- Experience in grantmaking and knowledge of the region preferred.
