Role and Responsibilities 

Leap is not your typical PM Internship where you work on Isolated projects or features that never see light of the day, You will be optimising live products, starting new ones and researching on features in roadmap.

Interns at Leap are PMs:

  • They write user stories
  • Churn Insights from analysing data
  • Validate product hypothesis by talking to users
  • Write their own PRDs
  • Align with Business, Tech and Design stakeholders
  • Ship their own products

Location

  • Preferably, available to work with the team In-Office (Bangalore)

Our Ideal candidate

  • Is enthusiastic about Product Management and has demonstrated their interest in the form of previous PM/ Growth/ Related Internships and owned some part of the product.
  • Currently in final year of college or recently graduated (Not a must-have, if you have the bandwidth) and looking to explore the action of a fast-growing startup.
  • Looking to experience what being a PM would feel like before you go into the role full time
  • High in Agency and enjoys the freedom to take ownership of a task/product
