Your Role As An Intern In Manufacturing/Engineering:
In this internship, you’ll be exposed to real challenges, make decisions, and witness the impact of your work. Explore P&G’s cutting-edge technologies, standards, and methods. Your job experience, mentoring, and training will help you build valuable capabilities.
You may be placed in one of the following functions:
Production – Packing:
- Analyze performance loss on equipment, skills, and organization.
- Identify key projects to achieve packing line performance targets.
- Develop methods for solving technical problems and implement production management tools.
- Contribute to the installation and start-up of new equipment.
Production – Making:
- Study and analyze performance loss in equipment, organization, and skills.
- Facilitate communication between different departments.
- Create learning programs for operators and team leaders to enhance their skills.
- Simplify processes and standardize work through systematization tools.
Quality:
- Develop quality indicators and conduct audits.
- Support production, especially on equipment validation and process improvement.
- Investigate “non-standard” issues and establish action plans.
- Participate in workshops within a multifunctional team.
You Will Work On:
- Environmental Management Site: Collaborate on waste management, energy consumption reduction, and sustainable solutions for process improvement.
Eligibility:
- Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or relevant majors.
- Technical excellence & rigor in executing defined plans.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Analytical skills to find innovative solutions and reapply successes.
- Fluency in English.
