Responsibilities:
Market Development:
- Perform competitive analysis for assigned accounts and collaborate with other ADS’ for a unified view across the segment.
- Identify prospects within client organizations and industry to enhance market share.
- Leverage Infosys’ expertise to strategically position against competitors and gain a competitive edge.
Customer Prospecting:
- Provide client introductions and account context to support HBU Group Engagement Manager’s efforts.
- Lead Domain Solutions selling, Cross selling, new products, and Intellectual Property selling.
Opportunity Identification and Qualification:
- Provide analysis and ground intelligence regarding opportunities to engage with clients early and strategically.
Proposal Development:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs).
- Perform quantitative analysis for win-price recommendations and competitor analysis to demonstrate business value.
Proposal Negotiation and Closure:
- Create ‘customer map’ with potential objections and provide supporting data during negotiation.
- Negotiate with clients and execute SoWs with a combined value of 1-2 million dollars.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor Of Engineering, MBA
