About the Opportunity:

We are excited to offer a 6-month in-office internship opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic People Operations and Experience Intern. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in supporting employee experience and engagement initiatives, while also gaining exposure to operational tasks and event coordination.

As an intern, you’ll collaborate with our Employee Experience Partner and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. If you have a creative mindset, basic design skills, and a passion for Human Resources, this internship is an excellent stepping stone for your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events, gaining exposure to various stages of coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Employee Experience Partner to contribute innovative ideas and assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and other engagement programs.
  • Utilize basic design skills and tools like Canva to create visually appealing content for internal communications, presentations, and events.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts related to employee engagement surveys and other HR metrics.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records and databases, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Contribute to People operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration, under the guidance of the People team.
  • Engage with employees, address inquiries, and gather feedback to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in building relationships with business partners and external vendors

Qualifications And Skills:

  • Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration) or recent graduation.
  • Strong interest in HR, employee experience, and engagement initiatives.
  • Basic familiarity with G Suite tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar) and an aptitude for learning new software.
  • Creative flair and willingness to learn basic design skills using tools like Canva.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and adaptable attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Enthusiasm for event planning and coordination, with a proactive and innovative approach.
