About the Emerging Leaders Internship Program:

The Emerging Leaders Program is a six-week management internship designed by Opportunity Cell to nurture students and professionals into principled leaders for corporations and organizations globally. Through a combination of critical management skills, soft skills, and practical work experience, this program equips you for leadership roles.

Internship Highlights:

  • Duration: 04 weeks of immersive learning.
  • Location: Work from anywhere with an internet connection, but we’d love to see you in Bhubaneswar, Odisha!
  • Eligibility: Undergraduates, graduates, and young professionals driven to make a difference.
  • Commitment: Approximately 30-40 hours per week, with flexible working hours.

Eligibility:

  • Students and Graduates from any field.
  • Young Professionals (up-to 04 years of experience)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Explore different fields such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Content, Research, Tech, Campus Partnerships, Sales, Business Development, SEO, Teaching for Underprivileged Kids, and Video Shooting/Editing.
  • Work closely with our founder and founder’s office gaining insights into startup operations.
