About the Role: HC Operations & Workday Associate

Our pursuit leads us to seek an experienced HC Operations & Workday Associate, ready to fortify the Apollo HC team within our Mumbai office and collaborate globally, notably across the US and UK. As the Workday steward, your central responsibility will encompass day-to-day administration. This entails nurturing existing functionality, addressing case management, handling user inquiries, and uncovering opportunities for system enrichment. As a global partner to HC Business Partners and COE teams, you will harmonize with the Human Capital team to cater to distinct needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Champion or actively engage in Workday-linked initiatives to expedite HC transformation endeavors (e.g., minor enhancements, introducing new functionalities, etc.).
  • Spearhead the development and upkeep of Workday, steer issue resolution, and maintain a vigilant eye on the Workday Roadmap.
  • Implement alterations and novel functionalities within Workday’s framework.
  • Construct training modules and documentation, exemplifying best practices for novel initiatives’ integration.
  • Adeptly oversee case management, intertwining with HC users to uphold seamless operations. Facilitate ticket management in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Forge close partnerships with HC peers and the HC Technology team.
  • Craft and preserve SOPs, job aids, and other instructional materials as necessitated.
  • Undertake training initiatives and craft documentation to facilitate optimal implementation of novel undertakings.
  • Spearhead the identification of opportunities fostering process enhancement and data augmentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ involvement with Workday within international, multicultural organizations.
  • Demonstrable aptitude for collaboration, interfacing adeptly with diverse stakeholders spanning all organizational tiers, extracting HC insights.
  • Holistic comprehension of HC processes, tracing their trajectory end-to-end.
  • Seasoned in change management protocols, adept at shepherding change processes.
  • Service-oriented mindset, underscoring the importance of superlative customer service.
  • Seasoned background in intricate (matrix) organizational structures.
  • Infused with innovation, your approach towards challenges evinces a penchant for effective problem-solving.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, manifesting a sense of urgency and a proactive stance.
