What are we looking for?
Mandatory Requirements:
- Recent graduates from 2022 or expecting to graduate in 2023 in finance or business-related fields.
- Keen interest in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of financial performance improvement and driving business process efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex financial information, create reports, forecasts, and projections.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identify and address potential issues.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of developing presentations for all levels of the company, hotels, and owners.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Additional Preferences:
- University degree in Accounting or Finance.
