About the Role:

We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an entry-level student to gain hands-on experience in the fintech industry. As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, technology, customer support) and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or roadblocks.
  • Maintain daily/weekly trackers and reports to monitor on-ground activities, track performance metrics, and provide visibility to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for operational procedures, ensuring that processes are well-documented and accessible to team members.
  • Identify bottlenecks and process improvements and work on finding solutions.
  • Contribute insights from day-to-day operations and processes to product development.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate with a strong desire to learn and stay updated on operational best practices.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and teams to achieve desired performance levels.

Required Skills:

  • Self-discipline, diligence, proactiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills and a strong sense of ownership to produce high-quality outputs.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
