Position Overview:

TISS is inviting applications for multiple positions in a project focused on health and wellness centers operating in Uttarakhand. These positions are related to field project independent monitoring and supervision of primary healthcare provisioning through Health and Wellness Centers in the state of Uttarakhand.

  • Salary: Rs.35,000 to Rs.70,000 per month
  • Location: Mumbai and Various Districts/Blocks in Uttarakhand State

Available Positions:

  1. Programme Executives for Districts – 3 positions
  2. Programme Coordinators (PC) – 6 positions
  3. Accountants – 2 positions
  4. Program Assistants cum Field Officers – Multiple positions (5 in each of the 13 Districts)
  5. Upper Division Clerks (Admin Assistant) – 2 positions
  6. Field Investigators – 95 positions (For all 95 Community Development Blocks of Uttarakhand)

Educational Qualification and Experience (For Some Positions):

For Program Executives:

  • Master’s Degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Hospital Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Five years of work experience in project implementation.
  • Good writing and speaking skills.

For Program Coordinators:

  • Master’s Degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Hospital Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Three years of work experience in project implementation.
  • Good writing and speaking skills.

For Accountants:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in commerce, accountancy, or related fields.
  • Two years of work experience in project finance and accounts management.
  • Good writing and speaking skills.

For UDCs (Admin Assistants):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Two years of work experience in project implementation, management, and office work.
  • Good writing and speaking skills.

For Program Assistants cum Field Officers:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Two years of work experience in project implementation, management, and field work.
  • Good writing and speaking skills.

For Field Investigators:

  • Intermediate Degree in any field.
  • Two years of work experience in project implementation, management, and field work.
  • Good writing and speaking skills.

Note: The positions are for one year, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
