Job Responsibilities

  • Define CSR communication branding guidelines.
  • Drive adherence to CSR branding e.g., Branding of BEST and BMS centers as per the guidelines, branding of handbooks, materials etc.
  • Managing social media of CSR handles
  • Support in preparation of annual reports
  • Manage participation in CSR events, sponsorships.
  • Creation of human-interest stories, case studies showcasing the impact of the program
  • Updating of various platforms, websites with the content of CSR work
  • Creation of visibility for BAL CSR efforts among the community and stakeholders
  • Support in publishing research papers on critical programs

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience 

  • MBA in Marketing & Communication      

Experience

  • Minimum: 7 years

Competency Requirements

Technical/ Functional:

  • Vendor Management and Branding.
  • Digital Marketing, MARCOM, Managing BAL CSR Social Media handles.
  • Reporting and Analytics.
  • Content writing for research papers, human-interest stories, case studies.
  • Interaction with stakeholders.
