About the Job

Genpact is Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, In this role, you would be responsible for clearing FINRA certification and post clearance you are responsible to supervise sales practices of investment representatives on both pre-trade and post trade.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise sales practices of investment representatives
• Background of US Market functionalities
• Good understanding of financial products
• Open to rigorous studies (need to clear multiple FINRA Certifications)
• Ability to handle work pressure
• Should be open for learning & Feedback
• Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables
• Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools

Qualifications

• Commerce Graduate or MBA (Finance and Banking)
• Good English language skills (verbal and written)
• Basic MS Office skills required
• Should have an eye for details
• Good thought process and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 24 certified candidates
• Industry experience
• Certificates in Indian Stock market courses
