Responsibilities:
As a Communication and Operations Associate, your daily tasks will include:
- Collaborating with L’ops associates and mentors to plan and implement program schedules.
- Hosting and moderating live sessions on Zoom, ensuring the highest quality and value for learners.
- Establishing effective feedback mechanisms to assess cohort health and maintaining a tracker for reference.
- Working closely with various stakeholders to facilitate timely communications with learners.
- Utilizing data management skills, including Excel and Google Sheets, to support program operations.
- Conducting learner feedback calls to gauge session satisfaction and cohort well-being.
Your Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fundamentals of data analysis.
- Ability to manage stress and excel in interpersonal communication.
- Willingness to acquire new knowledge and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for this internship, candidates must:
- Be available for a full-time (in-office) internship.
- Be available immediately.
- Commit to a duration of 6 months.
- Have relevant skills and interests.
Stipend:
- We offer a competitive stipend ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 INR.
