Operations Strategy:

  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge in helping companies define and evaluate digital and technology strategies, reflecting market, competitive and other external drivers
  • Considerable experience in Operations Strategy and Transformation, and/or Product Innovation and Product Development is preferred
  • Working experience with Financial operations, including the revenue tracking, cost planning and forecasting processes
  • Working experience with operations and administration of Healthcare Payer, Provider, Product and Services businesses

Enterprise and Business Transformation:

  • Experience in delivering core transformation projects such as digital transformation, enterprise analytics enablement and cloud migration for healthcare payers
  • Considerable experience in Operations Strategy and Transformation, and/or Product Innovation and Development is preferred
  • Experience with customer segmentation, persona development, journey maps and identifying business and technology capability and solutions needs
  • Understanding of human-centered design principles
  • Conducting and managing, quantitative and qualitative market research analyses
  • Timely synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights
  • Ability to readily grasp analytical frameworks and employ them effectively to either qualitative or quantitative evidence
  • Vendor assessment and RFP mgmt

Project and Program Management :

  • Strong program/project management skills with experience in delivering large transformation projects that have led to organisational change and business benefits
  • Experience in driving overall program/project management performance goals (measures & metrics) to ensure transparency, predictability, and value realization
  • Experience in identifying & managing program health, risks and issues along with an added view on their mitigation roadmap
  • Working experience documentation and the identification of key controls within the transaction lifecycle
  • Managing resource requirements, project workflows, budgets, billing and collections
  • Experience in the performing the following functions: ○ Complex decision support
    • Program value management
    • Program capability planning
  • Experience in utilizing pragmatic approaches to achieve sustainable financial functions and operating models
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools Experience in project management tools like MS Project. Knowledge in JIRA, Rally, Confluence, etc would be an added advantage
  • Demonstrating analytical skills using MS Excel and visualization tools such as Tableau / PowerBI / QlikView / MicroStrategy is preferred
  • Knowledge of SAS/SQL and intelligent automation tools (eg., UIPath, Alteryx) would be an added advantage

Analytics:

  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge of designing and developing business intelligence (BI) and basic predictive models for data warehouse (DW) information management architecture
  • Evaluating enterprise DW architecture feasibility, risk and technologies related to business change i.e. assessing, identifying and recommending BI data requirements; BI solution prototypes
  • Should have knowledge about processes and performance measures from business as well as technical standpoints with a definite perspective on the impact of data changes on business and/or IT processes
  • Demonstrate insight driven mindset for interpretation of large data volumes using basic data analytics
  • Working knowledge of Payer and healthcare organization structure, analytics strategy, analytics capability planning, analytics operating model transformation
  • Demonstrating analytical skills using MS Excel and visualization tools such as Tableau / PowerBI is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools
  • Knowledge of SAS/SQL and intelligent automation tools (eg., UIPath, Alteryx) would be an added advantage
