Amazon.in’s Marketplace Trust team is seeking a proactive and customer-focused candidate to join as a Process Specialist. The role involves conducting regular audits, acting as the primary interface for sellers, collecting required information, and conducting relevant audits. The successful candidate will be a problem solver, possess a high level of customer focus, and have a passion for decision-making that drives compliance. The role requires collaboration with product management and business teams to drive audits, develop scalable solutions, and contribute to operational excellence.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular investigations and audits to ensure compliance with defined processes.
- Communicate effectively with sellers, merchants, and internal customers via email and/or telephone.
- Drive process standardization by defining and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Achieve/exceed weekly productivity and quality standards consistently.
- Participate in ad hoc projects/assignments as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years of experience in data-driven business operations processes.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
- Experience with Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates with experience in seller/customer abuse investigations will be preferred.
