Key Responsibility
- Check guidelines / notifications issued by regulatory / statutory bodies.
- Prepare gist of the amendment for issued notification.
- Study and interpret regulatory / statutory guidelines for Reviews.
- Assist in on-going activities of the Team.
- Maintain proper record of activities handled.
- Conduct one Review solely.
Eligibility Criteria
- Cleared CS – Executive on 1 st Attempt with 60% academic score across.
- Good knowledge of Corporate Laws and be familiar with Companies Ordinance, Rules and Regulations of Regulatory / Statutory Bodies.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good command over both spoken and written English.
