About the Opportunity

The Intern (HRBP) will be helping the HRBP in the Foundations team at Sattva, to create engaging and creative content for the Learning and Development of the team members. We are entering a permanent hybrid model of working at Sattva and this brings along a new age L&D system. We are redefining learning and growth on the job through blended and self-paced learning for employees.

This role will involve working with Sattva’s HRBPs (primarily Foundations) to collect, organise and analyse learning needs and styles of the team members. This will include managing and supporting the execution of virtual and in-person L&D events and creating materials that can be shared with senior leadership. Finally, this role will be integral in refining our Foundations team’s L&D strategy to build internal knowledge and awareness of learning sessions and their impact.

Roles and Responsibilities

The following will be the key responsibilities:

  • Developing innovative and effective session content and gamify the session experience
  • Developing and producing creative session experiences on the LMS for the Foundations Team
  • Conducting research as required to arrive at the insights needed to create an L&D strategy along with the HRBP
  • Collaborate with stakeholders proactively with effective communication to create an L&D experience for the year
  • Go beyond own deliverables to support others in the HRBP team
  • Deliver high quality deliverable consistently and work with internal team to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Support in documentation of learnings and potentially creation of reusable knowledge.

  • Work experience in content creation and L&D
  • Strong data management skills, agility, and speed.
  • Ability to demonstrate end to end ownership, and work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment as part of a closely-knit team (showcasing patience, tenacity and grace under pressure)
  • Should have experience in wokring with agility on short term engagements
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in concise communication, making presentations and writing content
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in L&D and using tools like canva, will be an added advantage
