Job Description

  • Location: Work From Home
  • Start Date: Immediately
  • Duration: 3 Months
  • Stipend: Rs.5000 /month

Position,Eligibility Criteria and Responsibilities:

1.Business Development (Suppliers) Intern

  • Eligibility:If you’re someone who is sociable and street smart with a keen eye for accuracy and detail, can handle large databases of information, belong a tier 2/tier 3 city, this role’s for you.
  • Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
  1. Research and build the national supply database of vendors.
  2. Communicate, negotiate and build partnerships with vendors.
  3. Regularly analyze and update accurate information of all details of vendors.
  4. Achieve weekly targets of # of onboarded vendors.
  5. Help in building the strategy of an effective vendor partnership.

2.Business Development(Clients) Intern

  • Eligibility:If you’re someone who has a flair for communicating fluently and building long term relationships, quick with mental math calculations and are familiar with Google spreadsheets and making attractive presentations apply right away.
  • Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
  1. Interacting with companies and organizations to understand their procurement
    requirements.
  2. Creating supporting communications material such as PPTs, PDFs, docs.
  3. Researching and quickly using information in spreadsheets to immediately resolve all
    queries.

3.Supply Chain Operations Intern

Supply Chain Operations form the backbone of any procurement and operations company.

  • Eligibility:If you’re someone who’s analytical, quick with mental math calculations and are familiar with Google spreadsheets and MS Excel, this role’s for you.
  • Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
  1. Confirming the products of the order received from the clients
  2. Coordinating with the manufacturer/supplier partners to procure the products
  3. Ensuring that the quality of the products is as per standards
  4. Coordinate with delivery partners to complete the order
  5. Achieving weekly targets of # of orders completed
  6. Maintaining records on spreadsheets
  7. Communicate effectively and building relationships with all the stakeholders

4.Content Design

  • Eligibility:If you’re someone with a pleasant sense of aesthetic, authentic and clear writing skills, know your way around designing apps like Canva this role’s for you.
  • Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
  1. Creating catalogues for vendors
  2. Creating presentations for clients
  3. Creating communications content for website According to Prodo’s brand guidelines.

Remuneration
