Internship Insight:

Embark on an enriching journey as a Legal Intern, an essential member of our in-house legal team. Contribute to various tasks spanning contract management, legal research, and paralegal duties. This role presents a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the legal facets of a dynamic SaaS enterprise.

Internship Duration:

  • 3 months (Renewable basis of mutual agreement)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Research and Data Management from Contracts (50%)

  • Extract relevant data and information from diverse contracts and agreements.
  • Update and maintain the contract management system with essential data points.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate data entry.

Research and Vetting Contracts (30%)

  • Conduct legal research on diverse subjects under the legal team’s direction.
  • Review and scrutinize contracts for alignment with company policies and legal norms.
  • Assist in crafting contract clauses and terms rooted in research insights.

Legal Ops Tasks (20%)

  • Aid in drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents.
  • Organize and uphold legal files and documents systematically.

Eligibility:

  • Currently enrolled in a law school, entering the 2nd year of a 3-year law course or the 3rd or 4th year of a 5-year law course.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and solid organizational acumen.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Stipend:

  • Benefit from a stipend of INR 25,000 per month.

Work Mode:

  • This is a fully work-from-office role.
  • Candidates are expected to be present at the company’s location during working hours.
