  • Customer service interaction with customers who contact us via email, Twitter, Facebook, and the App/Play Store.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities – you can pick up on conversational patterns from a mile away.
  • In a timely manner, provide best-in-class, easy, and friendly service.
  • As required, communicate with our superheroes from Product, Editorial, Content, and other teams to find solutions.
  • You’re a team member, which is the last but most significant requirement! You fit right in with our community and are ready to learn from your coworkers.


  • A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required.
  • Communication abilities are exceptional.
  • Witty, inventive, and compassionate. You’re still unafraid of scientific jargon.
  • Prioritization skills are good. Daily connections across multiple networks WILL saturate your inbox.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer-centric industry, preferably in a customer-facing role. Aptitude to learn everything about Saavn’s products. Experience with digital products is a bonus.
  • It’s a plus if you’re familiar with customer service software like Zendesk or Freshdesk.
