Job Purpose

Max Institute of Healthcare Management is in the process of strengthening its projects, programmes, and outreach management.

The successful candidate will handle the

  • (a) MIHM and AMPH websites’ content management,
  • (b) Day-to-day administrative/coordination work of the Institute guided by the team;
  • (c) Support the outreach activities;
  • (d) Documentation and tracking of MIHM projects and initiatives, and
  • (e) Databases management

  • Indian School of Business  Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab, India

Job Outline 

Best suited for: 

  • A graduate and a keen learner who is looking to gain experience in planning and administration
  • A self-starter who can take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision and is comfortable with multi-tasking
  • The person should have good written and spoken English communication.
  • Customer orientation and graphic designing experience will be an added advantage but is not compulsory. 

Knowledge / Education –Graduate

Specific Skills –

  1. Knowledge of running social media accounts
  2. Canva/graphic designing skills
  3. MS-Excel, MS-Planner, and other planning/calendar tools
  4. Multitasking and coordination 

Desirable Experience:1-2 years with academic institutes

  • External – Intra Department: Admin and research teams
  • Inter Department: Adobe/DT, IT, Finance, Legal, SAP, Commercials
  • Internal – Vendors and Consultants
  • Collaborators
