About the Organisation
Aame is a social enterprise owned by 75 women with different needs from rural areas of Anantapur , Andhra Pradesh.Women at Aame have practiced making sustainable jute handcrafted products for 20 years under IDT Handicrafts. Apart from that, the women also know multiple crafts like tailoring,embroidery, eco crafts, paper crafts and jewellery making.Under the umbrella of Aame, women having different locomotive needs, intellectual needs, speech and hearing needs, HIV and other needs are getting livelihoods, food, accommodation and healthcare support.
Role and Responsibilities:
Selected intern’s responsibilities include:
- Doing sales of handicraft products in the gated societies at Bangalore (Weekends Only).
- Creating content for social media.
- Handling sales & marketing activities.

- Bangalore
Eligibility
- Candidates interested in the sales & marketing roles.
- Candidates having relevant skills and interests will be preferred.
- Candidates should be available at Bangalore.
Perks and Remuneration
- Sponsored Sales Training Workshop by the Organization.
- Fixed Stipend of Rs.8000/per month. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive.
- Certification of Completion and Letter of recommendation.
