About the Opportunity
The ICYF International Youth Festival 2022 is an amazing opportunity to showcase your talents and to step out of your comfort zone. All applicants are required to apply online using a debit or credit card only. Applicants without IELTS or TOEFL can still apply.
This Program is organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan (Russian Federation) and the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF) and they will cover all the expenses for the program.The dates of the Programs are 25-30 October 2022 in Kazan, Tatarstan (RF).

Financial Coverage
As Stated Above, the ICYF will cover all the expenses for all the participants:
- Travel: Round trip travel expenses from his/her country of residence to the camp will be covered.
- Accommodation, Local Tour & Further Cost: Host organizers will cover domestic transportation, accommodation, food, and other relevant costs related to local hospitality.
No. of Participants
- According to the application results, 100 participants will be accepted for the Festival (60 participants from the regions of Russia, and 40 participants from the OIC countries).
Festival Categories
The Festival will be organized in the following categories:
- Theatre and original genre
- Choreography
- Music
- Fine arts
- Cinema
Eligible Countries
- Youth from Russia, Citizen of an OIC Member State, or representative of a Muslim community in a non-OIC Member State and beyond. (Participants from these Countries that are mentioned in both links can apply).
- Representative of a Muslim community in a nonmember state means for example “India“. India is not a Muslim country, but if you are a Muslim and living in India, then you can apply.
Selection Criteria
The Organizing Committee will make the final selection. The applicant should meet the following criteria:
- Youth aged between 18-35 from Russia, OIC Member States, and beyond,
- Youth from the OIC Member States, Russia, and Muslim minorities in non-OIC Countries.
- Ability to communicate in English
- Passionate and motivated about cultural activities.
