About the Job:
JoinMyTrip is in search of enthusiastic and dedicated interns/working students who are passionate about content influencer management and have a knack for social media marketing. If you’re adept at building relationships, have a keen eye for social media trends, and aspire to work with influencers, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Influencer Relationship Management: Maintain daily communication with our influencers, ensuring they meet their weekly content posting goals, stay engaged with JoinMyTrip, and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Content Promotion Strategy: Develop creative ideas for promoting JoinMyTrip on various social media platforms, such as Instagram and TikTok, and share them with influencers.
- Content Creator Pitching: Conduct occasional calls with influencers to pitch our latest campaigns and opportunities. Effectively communicate our brand’s value proposition and campaign details, fostering excitement and interest among influencers to collaborate with JoinMyTrip.
- Content Creation: Create visually appealing Instagram Stories and other promotional materials using tools like Canva or Instagram’s native editing tools, ensuring alignment with each influencer’s niche and aesthetic.
- Monthly Promotion Calendar: Develop customized monthly promotion calendars for each influencer, outlining specific content, posting schedules, and promotional activities tailored to individual influencer audiences and preferences.
- Video Editing: Create engaging Instagram Reels as part of our promotion strategy. Experience in creating Instagram Reels is beneficial for this role.
Requirements:
- Interest in influencer marketing and social media management.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Creative and strategic mindset regarding social media.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms.
- Adaptability to online tools like Google Sheets, Airtable, etc.
- Sense of good design and familiarity with Canva.
- Prior experience in influencer management is a plus but not mandatory.
