Indian Institute of Technology Ropar (IIT Ropar) is a public technical university located in Rupnagar, Punjab, India. It is one of the eight newer Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India under The Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 2011 to expand the reach and enhance the quality of technical education in the country.
About the Opportunity
Applications are invited for Summer Internship Programme in Library Sciences without any fellowship. Internship will be in offline mode. The candidates are required to apply online from educational institutes/ Universities.
- Duration: 5 to 8 weeks commencing from 15th May, 2023 to 15th July, 2023
- Eligibility: Final year students of Master of Library and Information Science (MLISc.)

- The Library will select the students on the basis of research area, academic credentials etc. and the number of slots available for summer internship.
