Role And Responsibilities
As an HR Recruiter Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Placing job postings on all relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates
- Acting as the front-line contact person for applicants, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Managing applicant documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate
- Participating in interviews and assisting with candidate evaluations
- Preparing client presentations to showcase potential candidates
- Attending company events to network and build relationships
- Assisting with general office administration tasks as needed
Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
