We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about Business Development, Sales and marketing and eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As an Intern, you will work closely with our sales and marketing team to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitors. Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations for sales and marketing strategies.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and persuasive content for various online channels, such as websites, blogs, forums, communities, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
- Conduct research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of social media strategies, including content scheduling, community management, and engagement tracking.
- Monitor website analytics and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance, identify key metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine optimization, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content creation, to ensure brand consistency and deliver high-quality digital assets.
- Assist in preparing sales collateral, presentations, and proposals for potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, pricing models, and value propositions.
- Generate sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to the management team. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
Duration and Compensation:
- This is a 3 months internship position, with a flexible start and end date based on the candidate’s availability and academic schedule.
- Candidates who performed really well or make the first conversion within 3 months will be hired as Business Development Executives with Industry-standard salaries.
- During the internship program, candidates are eligible for commission-based remuneration for the businesses/sales that the candidates bring in.
