Job Responsibilities:
- null
- Onboarding participants and acting as the Tech support liaison for Graphy’s flagship programme
- Recommending processes to streamline the participant onboarding process on the Graphy platform and managing end-to-end programme operations
- Communicating programme goals to participants and securing their buy-in
- Reporting daily KPIs to all stakeholders involved
Preferred skill:
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs.
- A great attitude and love for teamwork
