About the Opportunity

Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Project Management This role lies with Genpact Corporate IT -Enterprise Application Group. You will be responsible for managing project in Finance domain. You will be working actively on the project management tasks with SharePoint team.


  • Lead all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to executive team
  • Should be capable to understand business requirements with Key Stakeholders and document understanding and to turn these requirements into Technical user stories for IT team.
  • Develop and coordinate detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
  • Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.
  • Prepare and report daily dashboards.
  • Quality Check and assurance for various process and policies.


Minimum qualifications 

  • Graduation
  • Working Knowledge of Agile Methodology

Preferred qualifications 

  • Interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, excel, PowerPoint & word.
  • Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach
