Job Description: Merchandising Execution
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans to showcase the right products and communicate their features and prices across all platforms using internal tools.
- Take complete ownership of validating tasks before making them live on the platform.
- Enhance the customer experience within the category by improving navigation and discovery, saving customers time, and streamlining the decision-making process.
- Identify the parameters customers use to make decisions and ensure the catalog is rich and informative.
- Effectively interact with stakeholders and ensure the execution of category tasks at the highest level.
- In case of technical issues, troubleshoot problems in Flipkart tools, collaborate with central teams, and find solutions.
- Provide training to colleagues when necessary.
Skills Required:
- Desire and ability to think from the customer’s perspective.
- Capability to translate strategies into execution plans and see them through to completion.
- Quick learner of software and IT tools.
