  • Develop reports, dashboards, and automation for clear visibility of MHD health for stakeholders.
  • Analyze and prepare data for leadership presentations to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Design and implement processes, ensuring effective tracking through regular MIS reports.
  • Utilize data insights to identify pain points, create corrective actions, and drive process improvement.
  • Monitor process performance through various communication channels, enhancing merchant experience and measuring NPS and C-SAT.
  • Collaborate effectively across functions and teams to foster a cohesive and collaborative culture.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure project compatibility and success.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and manage initiatives, tracking performance against goals.
  • Engage with Business & Technology Teams within Paytm to identify and address bottlenecks.

Education:
