The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work collaboratively in a team environment, providing comprehensive secretarial support to the global EY office senior management team. Your responsibilities will include diary and calendar management, travel coordination, documentation, tool support, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Support project team members in maintaining and managing key project meetings.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain the project team’s calendar to showcase all key events.
  • Meetings Management: Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders in scheduling and organizing meetings or conference calls.
  • Travel Management: Assist project team members in booking travel tickets.
  • Workshop/Area Visit Plan: Help plan agendas for workshops/area visits, handling logistics of stay, food, printing, etc.
  • Documentation: Record meeting minutes with a focus on key action points, maintain the project database, and organize documentation for easy access.
  • Training Management: Support in setting up training sessions, sending invites, confirming attendance, and handling pre-work and sessions.
  • Tool Support and Administration: Provide administrative support for various internal/external tools used across EY offices.
  • Data Processing and Administration: Capture, process, and administer business information.

  • Comfortable using IT systems.
  • Strong project coordination skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

  • Any graduate or postgraduate degree.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience.
  • Previous experience in a team environment handling virtual secretarial services.
  • Good command over English (written and spoken).
