Job Responsibilities:
- Lead generation & Business Conversion.
- Acquisition of new customers.
- Build and manage effective relationship with customers of the branch by superior service delivery.
- Suggest marketing strategies and plans for products and services after reviewing the market potential of the region and competition strategies.
- Ensure Compliance to the policies of the organisation.
- Support the Branch Head in ensuring smooth conduct of all activities in the branch.
- Meet specified number of customers suggested by the corporate office every month.
- Achieve segment-wise liability and cross-selling targets set by Branch Head.
