About the Organisation
Drishtee Foundation is a social organisation working in villages towards sustainability and shared prosperity, since year 2003. It works with farming families and local entrepreneurs to ensure availability of services and development of livelihood within the village. Drishtee helps develop rural and urban linkage through a value chain approach in the field of micro enterprise development or livelihood and through a franchisee model for provisioning of services.
Drishtee, initiated Swavlamban (Self-reliance) model of community development, across various districts of India to enable the community (particularly women) to form a sustainable livelihood through micro-enterprise groups by building capacity and providing capital linkage and finally providing market channel support.
As part of this community-based model, Drishtee started their journey in Gorakhpur two & half year back. In this journey there is may milestone we achieved. In this process we are moving a step up & seeding the concept of Swavlamban in Ballia. So for making this journey more sustainable we need more hands together.

Eligibility
- Domicile of Candidate should be from Ballia, Deoria & Gorakhpur district only,
- Graduate, have bike, ready to move for three month to another location for training.
