Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Deputy Manager – Strategic Sourcing to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and drive strategic initiatives within the Supply Chain function. You will work closely with the leadership team and serve as an individual contributor, acting as a project manager to tackle complex challenges, create detailed execution plans, manage diverse stakeholders, and communicate effectively with senior leadership, including the Board of Directors.
Key Details:
- Qualification: B. Tech/ B. Com/ CA. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of overall work experience in driving strategic initiatives in a consulting or industry role. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is advantageous.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute the strategy to develop a world-class supply chain tailored to each business area, collaborating closely with senior leadership.
- Drive project management to ensure timely execution by respective owners and report progress periodically.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively implement strategic initiatives.
- Develop business cases and produce high-quality reports/presentations on the initiatives.
