THF focuses on poverty alleviation, reducing economic inequalities, and creating a 360° impact on the quality of life through social development programs. THF’s initiatives range from grassroots to national-level programs.

General Information:

  • Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana
  • Type of Employment: Permanent
  • Reporting to: Manager – Communication & Donor Management

Key Accountabilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing donor relationships, including research and identification of potential donors.
  • Achieving fundraising targets through corporate partnerships.
  • Collaborating with the THF team to develop effective fundraising strategies.
  • Managing the end-to-end proposal cycle and communication with donors.
  • Analyzing donor trends and maintaining a donor database.
  • Coordinating with internal THF departments for donor-related activities.
  • Maintaining reports and an MIS for donor information.
  • Engaging with corporate entities to raise awareness about CSR obligations.

Other Indicative Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: A suitable undergraduate degree (post-graduate degree preferred, preferably an MBA).
  • Relevant Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Corporate Fundraising, Marketing, Client Services, or Business Development (Non-profit experience preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
  • Interest in research and organizational ability.
  • High personal and professional integrity.
