Job Description: 

• Implementation and management of payroll giving – coordination with multiple stakeholders (employees, business units, NGOs, internal support teams)
• Document and help monitor existing projects
• Support with evaluation of new projects – proposals and organisational review
• Volunteer management – handling interest received, mapping, orientations, coordination, and data management (550+ volunteers signed up in one year)
• Assist with designing new volunteering initiatives, and adapting global programmes to the Indian context (5 programmes already in pipeline, more will come up through WEF)
• Organise and moderate virtual sessions for communities (220 sessions conducted in one year)
• Support with large scale CSR events (e.g.: Impact Day, Women’s Day)

Eligibility

• Completed Post-Graduation in any field.
• Experience in social sector will be preferred.
