About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern, you will play a vital role in initiating relationships between LeadSquared and prospective customers, particularly North American prospects. You’ll be the first point of contact for our potential clients, driving meaningful conversations and helping them achieve their business goals. This position offers extensive training, skill development, and mentorship to excel in the world of sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telemarketing activities, reaching out to targeted accounts, prospect lists, and call campaigns.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships by initiating communications and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Perform needs assessments, identify pain points, and propose LeadSquared’s solutions to address customer needs.
  • Enhance industry and product knowledge to effectively present LeadSquared’s value proposition across vertical segments.
  • Participate in trade show/event planning to secure attendees and maximize prospect meetings.
  • Conduct research using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and others to expand the prospect list.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, promote database hygiene, and meet monthly objectives and quotas.
