This fully-funded fellowship is designed to strengthen civil societies globally by fostering intellectual exchange and collaboration among professionals and active volunteers. The program offers a unique opportunity for individuals from 40 countries to engage in a two to three-month exchange in Germany, working with partner organizations under the guidance of world-class professionals.
About the CrossCulture Program:
The CrossCulture Program provides a platform for participants to deepen their skills, enhance their expertise, and expand their networks by interacting with intellectuals from diverse backgrounds. This cultural exchange initiative aims to break cultural barriers, encouraging participants to think outside their cultural affinities and contribute to the growth and development of their communities.
Key Features:
- Fully-funded fellowship in Europe.
- Two to three-month exchange program in Germany.
- Collaboration with partner organizations.
- Intellectual workshops and events hosted by the Cultural Exchange Embassy (CEE).
- Focus on policy and society, media and culture, human rights and peace, and sustainable development.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationals from the specified list of 40 countries.
- Participants from Germany are also eligible.
- Minimum age of 23 at the time of application.
- At least two years of professional experience in civil society organizations.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of German is a plus).
- Good health.
