Responsibilities:

As a member of our team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Idea Generation: Collaborate with writers and producers to develop creative ideas for film, television, and digital media projects. Stay up-to-date with industry news, market analysis, and current trends to generate unique and engaging concepts.
• Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions with the production team to contribute fresh ideas, discuss storylines, and explore different project angles.
• Contact Management: Assist in managing communications with writers, producers, and industry professionals. Maintain an organized contact database, follow up on inquiries, and schedule meetings.
• Pitch Deck Creation: Utilize your design skills to create visually appealing pitch decks for various projects. Combine text, images, and multimedia elements to effectively communicate project concepts, storylines, and market potential.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor projects, and target audiences. Provide insights and recommendations to support project development and pitching processes.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as organizing documents, preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating schedules.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Film, Media Studies, Creative Writing, Communications, etc.).
• Strong passion for storytelling and creative media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in research and analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint) to create visually appealing pitch decks.
• Familiarity with industry trends and market analysis is a plus.
• Previous experience in creative roles or production environments is desirable but not required.
