Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead generation for new customers via call, WhatsApp, email, etc. to build a pipeline for the business team
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- Cross sell existing products via calling existing users and prospects
- Assist onboarding of HNI/Enterprise users with respect to documentation
- Assist in maintaining and updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Acting as a bridge to pass on Customer Feedback to internal stakeholders so as to bring in any key product changes
- Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and managing correspondence.
- Reviewing product penetration for the assigned users and deepen the existing relationships by cross-selling CoinDCX's other product and services
