Cluster Manager Job Responsibilities:

As a Cluster Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and brand development in the area. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales and growth in key business categories such as Mobile, TV, Ecosystem, Laptop, and Pad within the respective city/district.
  • Foster brand awareness and boost sales through offline channels.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local distributors, retailers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with local distributors and key retailers to drive sales within the city/district.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of [Company Name]’s products and how they meet the needs of local consumers.
  • Implement local marketing and brand-building strategies.
  • Oversee local operations to ensure optimal sales and efficiency.
  • Keep a close eye on competition activities within the assigned city/district.

Desired Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
