Job Purpose:

As a School Development Manager, you will lead the business development activities for Cambridge International Qualifications in West India, particularly in schools’ markets. Your role involves ensuring aspiring and existing schools receive exceptional support and world-class service. Your efforts will contribute to the growth of Cambridge International in the region.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Qualifications:

  • Graduate qualification or equivalent experience, preferably post-graduate in an education-related field.

Skills (Essential):

  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven business development experience in international education, especially in the Early Years space.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Multicultural and collaborative work ability.
  • Fluency in English and local business language.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience (Essential):

  • Familiarity with education systems in the region and international education, especially in the Early Years space.
  • Business development experience in education.
  • Contract negotiation and CRM system familiarity.

Experience (Desirable):

  • Knowledge of Cambridge programs and qualifications.
  • Technical knowledge of assessment and educational issues.
  • International work experience.
