About the Internship
We are hiring Behavioral science interns, who could join us as behavioral designers post the successful completion of 6 months internship. We follow the EXPLORE, REFLECT, SHARE and ALIGN approach.
During the first phase (3 months), we will be deep-diving into the behavioral design concepts that involve understanding how people make decisions and underlying heuristics and biases that we rely on while making these decisions. The intention is to focus on a specific concept and build deeper knowledge by exploring the concept (through books, research articles, videos etc).
During the second phase (next 3 months), the interns work on real-world problems to identify the WHY of decision making. To uncover the problems and resolve them, they create various hypotheses and run experiments.
During both phases, the interns spend time understanding the challenge and reflecting on them to derive their conclusions. Later they discuss their findings among other interns along with their mentor to derive conclusions.

Working Hours
- This internship requires your involvement of about 6-8 hours every day, 5 days a week.
Eligibility
We are looking for someone with:
- Post Graduates/ Graduates in any discipline
- A passion for everyday learning, including interest in reading and synthesizing research papers and books pertaining to the domain, and the ability to translate them into behavioral intervention.
- Desire to incorporate design thinking into your practice of applied behavioral science
- Adaptable to different business contexts, team structures, & project phases
- Ability / Desire to synthesize vast quantities of qualitative data points into meaningful and digestible chunks
- Humble and sincere confidence clubbed with pragmatic optimism
Perks and Remuneration
- We will pay the selected interns during this period.
- Job Offer as Behavioral designers post the successful completion of 6 months internship.
- There will be a monthly review of the progress.
- An internship certificate shall be provided for completion of phase
- 1. Based on their involvement and contribution, selected interns would move to phase 2. An internship certificate shall be provided for completion of phase 2
- We expect the interns to maintain at least 90% attendance to qualify for internship completion.
- We intend to absorb all qualified and interested interns on probation (6 months) as behavioral designers.
