Role Description:

  • As a Recruitment Associate, you will play a key role in setting up and running a Training Program. You will be involved in all things recruitment (end to end) and will have to work with internal and external stakeholders and candidates to ensure a smooth process for all involved

  • This is a very hands-on role that will include
    • (a) handling several tasks at once
    • (b) proactive troubleshooting and
    • (c) maintaining diplomacy and confidentiality, all of which will require you to operate with a great deal of accountability and maturity

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Help establish and run a Training Program
  • Understand requisite roles and responsibilities and create clear job descriptions and postings
  • Manage job postings on various forums
  • Coordinate and work with Internal Stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, timelines, schedule interviews etc.
  • Identify, coordinate and work with Universities, Recruitment Agencies and External Vendors
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with candidates to ensure that they have a smooth application journey
  • On-board selected candidates. Tasks will include but are not limited to documentation, record collection, background verification, reference checks, initial orientation and so on
  • Create and maintain a systematic database of applicants, application status, documents, records etc.
  • Facilitate timely and periodic two-way feedback sessions between Trainees and Managers
  • Identify and analyse trends to help develop solutions, programs and policies to enhance the recruitment and training process
  • Take up ad-hoc/fulltime HR operations based on requirement and your growth in the firm.
  • Tasks will include but are not limited to handling day to day HR activities, vendor management, documentation and administrative tasks

  • Possess great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Are organized, can multi task, good at time management, can prioritize efficiently and communicate effectively
  • Smart, proactive, have superior attention to detail and can think critically and quickly
  • Adept at MS Excel, Google Sheets, Word and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have prior academic and/or work experience in HR and Recruitment

Structure

  • 6 Month Internship | Full-time offer thereafter based on performance
  • Based out of Indiranagar, Bangalore
  • 5 days working – Hybrid Model with 2-3 days in office (predefined and mandatory)
