Eligibility
- Postgraduates (MA/MSc) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology English, Hindi, History, Political Science, Geography, Mathematics, Education, Development, Child Development, Social Work with Early Childhood Education specialization (All full time/regular courses only – to be completed in the academic year ending 2021, or completed in 2020)
- Proficiency in the local language and in English.
- Open to work in the districts of Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand.
Salary and Location of Posting
- Monthly gross salary of Rs. 32,000/- and additional benefits. Taxes and statutory deductions will apply.
- Districts of Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand.
Selection Process
- Selection process in 2021 consists of a written test and two interviews, ideally in person.
- Written test will comprise multiple choice questions based on the subject of your specialization given by you in the application form, general awareness, analytical abilities, and a few general descriptive questions.
- If for any reason none of the interviews can be in person you will have an additional discussion in person with one of our Leaders in our locations closest to you.
- More details about the selection process will be shared to candidates shortlisted from the test.
